Tool for significance testing using Monte Carlo analysis of either pairs of frequency distribution arrays or continuous data broken down according to a categorical variable. Examples of frequency distribution comparisons include voting patterns for different groups, membership in different illness categories for different socioeconomic groups, and responsiveness to two different celebrities according to personality type. Continuous variable examples are vehicle miles per gallon by manufacturer, number of airplane bird strikes by categories of weather conditions, and frequency of artifacts by geographic location. No assumptions are made about the distribution of scores or cases. Accommodates Excel and CSV files and includes data editing and export facilities. Routines are included for data and case sampling, correlations, multiple regression, descriptive statistics, cross-tabs and breakdown. Includes context sensitive help and unlimited program support.
